DMCI Balcony Screens – Frequently Asked Questions

(Updated as of October 1, 2025)

1. How do I determine the right size for my balcony?

You may request assistance from your Property Management Office (PMO), or you can measure it yourself.
Simply measure from end to end of the steel railing — that’s between the two concrete walls where the railing starts and ends.

2. What is included with my order?

Each DMCI Balcony Screen comes complete with:

  • 4 stainless steel hooks
  • 4 plastic anchors (for concrete installation)
  • Black zip ties for securing the upper edge
  • Free delivery to your location

3. Who will install it for me?

The screens are designed for easy DIY installation — no special tools or professional help required.
However, you may request assistance from your Property Management Office if you prefer.

4. How do I install the screen?

  1. Drill 4 holes (one at each corner) using a 10 mm masonry drill bit to a depth of 1.5–2.0 inches.
  2. Insert the plastic anchors into the holes.
  3. Screw in the stainless steel hooks.
  4. Hang the screen using the corner rings.
  5. Use the black zip ties to secure the additional upper rings in the middle for a neat, firm fit.

5. Are the screens allowed by DMCI Property Management?

Yes. These screens are specifically designed for DMCI balconies, following standard size and color guidelines approved by most DMCI developments. For special cases, please confirm with your PMO before installation.
